Returns

 

You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt. 

 

Refunds 

 

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original payment method.  Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a few days. 

 

Shipping

 

All orders are processed within 2 -3 days, and standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Orders not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Thank you for shopping with us!
